I highly suggest reading it beforehand. I was in a rush and did not, and I feel bad that I unnecessarily reached out. I bugged him with questions that were in that document, but he answered the questions quickly and so politely. He checked in several times throughout our stay and had genuine care that our stay was perfect. We come to VA every March, so I’m really hoping this AirBnB is available next year!
